Shipping

Kids Company can ship to any address in the Philippines. Shipping within Metro Manila is FREE for a minimum purchase of P1,000 or a P200 fee if below the minimum purchase requirement. 
 
P1,500 is the minimum purchase requirement for non-bulky items (shipping volumetric weight is 3kg and below) or a P200 fee for the following areas:
-  Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga
- Cebu and Mactan Island, Iloilo, Negros Occidental
- Misamis Oriental, Davao del Norte and Davao del Sur
 
P2,000 is the minimum purchase requirement for non-bulky items (shipping volumetric weight is 3kg and below) or a P400 fee for areas not mentioned above.
 
 
For orders with a total shipping volume is between 3-5 kilos outside Metro Manila, a shipping fee of P800 applies.
 
For orders with a total shipping volume is above 5 kilos outside Metro Manila, a shipping fee of P1,500 applies.  
 
Allow 5-7 working days for delivery in Metro Manila and 7-10 working days for provincial areas after payment confirmation. Orders made after 4:00PM will be processed on the next working day.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.


Cash on Delivery

For security purposes, only orders worth 10,000 and below can use cash on delivery as a payment method. OR the amount in excess to P10,000 must be pre-paid before we process the order. 
 
We do not allow order cancellations for orders via cash on delivery after 24 hours after an order has been placed.  A customer who has cancelled a Cash on Delivery order will be charged a cancellation fee of P500.
 
First time customers who are from outside Metro Manila who wants to avail of Cash on Delivery must prepay a P500 consumable security deposit.  The order will only be processed after the proof of payment for the deposit has been sent.  The fee will be forfeit if an order is cancelled after 24 hours.  This fee will be deducted from the order total to be paid upon delivery.      
 
Orders to be paid via Cash on Delivery will be delivered via Ninja Van or LBC.
 
We request that the exact amount is prepared when you receive our delivery.

Returns Policy
 
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
 
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
  • Products valid for returns or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage, does not fit (fashion items only), not as it looks in the advertisement, wrong item/s delivered (in case of assortment).
  • Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Products that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 7 days upon receipt of your order.
  • Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused
  • Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set
  • Reasons such as change of mind is not a valid reason for return especially for Cash on Delivery transactions.
  • Baby gear such as strollers, car seats, play yards, carriers can be returned and exchanged within 14 days upon receipt of your order provided that item is in its original purchase condition and follows the aforementioned terms. 

 

Technical Issues: Incorrect Pricing.

There may be instances where the price of an item is incorrect due to a technical issue. We reserve the right to correct the pricing online and validate the pricing applied to your order. We’ll send you an email of the price discrepancy via email within the same day or up to two days to alert you of this. At this point, we give you the option to cancel or to proceed with updated pricing.
